101: Introduction to Metasapienology
Semester: Fall
Offered: Annually
This foundational course introduces students to the Metasapienological framework — a rigorous interdisciplinary approach to understanding consciousness, identity, and symbolic cognition. Topics include the structure of the Meta-Self, the Maneself/Metaself developmental arc, and the foundational concepts of cognitive re-entry. No prerequisites required. Open to all students interested in the philosophy of mind, cognitive science, or systems theory.
321: The Reflexive Stance — Auto-Phenomenological Methods
Semester: Spring
Offered: Annually
This intermediate course focuses on the Reflexive Stance as a primary analytical instrument for self-study and consciousness research. Students will learn to maintain dual consciousness — experiencing phenomena directly while simultaneously analyzing the cognitive and emotional lens through which that experience is processed. Course includes training in Recursive Illusion-Emotion Circuit (RIEC) diagnostics and Living Ethnographic Archive methodology. Prerequisite: 101 or instructor consent.

421: Metaformic Systems Design — Mapping Cognitive Architectures
Semester: Fall
Offered: Annually
An advanced seminar on the Metaformic framework as a systems-design language for mapping cognitive, emotional, and organizational architectures. Students will develop competency in diagramming mental models, designing diagnostic frameworks, and applying symbolic logic to complex system analysis. Emphasis on cross-disciplinary applications bridging neuroscience, philosophy, and strategic design. Prerequisites: 321 or instructor consent.
521: Doctoral Seminar — Consciousness, Identity & the Living Archive
Semester: Spring
Offered: Annually
A graduate-level research seminar for advanced students undertaking sustained auto-phenomenological research. Participants develop and refine their own Living Ethnographic Archive through longitudinal Self-Field Notes, Layered Narrative structuring, and peer review of RIEC analysis. Emphasis on the Self-Other-Space triad, Narrative Versioning, and the integration of Reflexive Marginalia. Open to doctoral students in philosophy, cognitive science, neuroscience, and interdisciplinary studies. Instructor permission required.
621: Advanced Research Practicum — Synthetic Intelligence & Cognitive Systems
Semester: Spring
Offered: Annually
A doctoral practicum examining the intersection of AI systems design, cognitive neuroscience, and Metasapienological methodology. Students will engage in active research projects exploring Default Mode Network dynamics, observer-seer effects, and the design of AI-adjacent cognitive tools. Topics include provisional patent frameworks for inventive research, materials cognition, and applied symbolic logic. Reserved for advanced doctoral candidates by invitation only.
